Anke Holtland is an administrative law attorney and works in NautaDutilh's administrative law practice. In the administrative law practice of NautaDutilh she acts on behalf of both companies and public authorities. Anke focuses on administrative (procedural) law in a broad sense, with specific areas of interest being environmental law, enforcement law, administrative disclosure and privacy law. In addition, Anke publishes regularly in legal journals, including 'Corporate Law'.
Anke completed a master's degree in constitutional and administrative law at Leiden University in 2015. Before joining NautaDutilh in 2020, she worked as a lawyer in the administrative law practice at Loyens & Loeff from 2015. In addition, Anke completed the 2021 Grotius specialization in General Administrative Law. She is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR), Privacy Law Association (VPR) and the Environmental Law Association (VMR).
