Cécile Bitter

Cécile assists the government in all kinds of issues related to criminal procedure, international criminal law and penitentiary law. She is also active in the field of administrative law and the interface between criminal and administrative law, especially privacy and data exchange, Bibob and supervision and enforcement. Cécile has extensive litigation experience and can work quickly and under pressure. She is used to taking political implications of decisions or positions into account. Sometimes Cécile suggests mediation as an alternative dispute resolution. She also advises clients on their role in a mediation process. Cécile has a special love for language.Cécile studied Dutch Law and Dutch Language and Literature at Utrecht University.
