Claire Huijts has been working as a lawyer at Pels Rijcken since 2016. She is part of the Labor and Civil Service Law section. Claire advises and litigates on dismissal procedures and integrity issues, among others. She also publishes regularly on the Employment Law Blog. In addition, she is part of the Business Human Rights practice group.Claire completed the bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences at University College Utrecht and the master's degree in Private Law at Utrecht University cum laude. During her studies she was active as a delegation member and committee chair during Model United Nations conferences, board member of her fraternity, committee member of a legal study association and in theater productions. Claire has also had internships in law, science and government. During her college years, Claire spent a year in America for study and internship.
