Cyril Christiaans is a senior associate in the Technology Group at NautaDutilh. He focuses primarily on international commercial contract law, including IT and outsourcing (mostly in the financial sector), distribution and franchise agreements, logistics agreements, security interests and conflict of law issues, but also has extensive experience in consumer law and e-commerce.
