Joost Houdijk is a lawyer at AKD and is part of the European and Competition Law team. He advises and litigates on cartel agreements and abuse of a dominant position. He regularly assists companies in notifications of mergers and acquisitions to the European Commission and the Authority Consumer and Market ("ACM"). Joost also represents companies and public authorities in proceedings before the Dutch courts and the Court of Justice of the EU.
