Wim has more than 30 years of experience in the field of legal advice, quality assurance and control. In the field of legal quality assurance he is considered one of the pioneers in the Netherlands. Wim currently works as a senior lawyer for the municipality of Deventer and has also been a freelance lecturer in general administrative law for 16 years. He is also a member of the independent Objections Committee of the Municipality of Apeldoorn. Finally, Wim is author of the book "Checklists and guiding principles for legal quality assurance" and co-author of the book "Municipal law in practice" published by Berghauser Pont Publishing.
