Dr. Paul van der Laken received his PhD in people analytics from Tilburg University and still regularly conducts courses and master classes on the subject. Paul spent several years working on analytics projects within the HR domain at companies such as Shell, Unilever, Etos, and Essent, but is currently working as a data scientist at Achmea. In addition to his academic publications in the field of people analytics, Paul frequently publishes more practical articles on machine learning and data science via his website.
