Luuk is Holla's intellectual property specialist. He has been with the firm since 1997 and became a partner in 2007. He heads up the Intellectual Property, ICT & Privacy team. Luuk is an expert in areas such as trademark rights and copyrights, but also in ICT, whether it concerns license agreements or negotiations on maintenance agreements.
