Marte van Graafeiland

Marte van Graafeiland specializes in privacy law. She advises on the (im)possibilities of intended exchanges of personal data and also drafts covenants concluded with cooperation partners. In addition, Marte advises clients on the privacy law structure of their organization and drafts privacy policies and internal protocols. Marte also litigates in the administrative and civil courts on a variety of disputes with privacy law aspects. For example, on the right to notice and removal under the Personal Data Protection Act, Police Data Act and Judicial and Criminal Records Act. Marte also acts for the State in civil proceedings with criminal law or criminal procedure aspects.Marte studied Private Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law (cum laude) at Tilburg University.
