Micha joined BDO on January 1, 2021 in the Tech & Privacy Law team. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and primarily advises on privacy (the AVG) and information technology. Furthermore, Micha is experienced in drafting and reviewing license, maintenance and SAAS agreements and other ICT contracts. Before joining BDO, he worked as a corporate lawyer for about 20 years. He has advised SMEs and larger companies on contract law, corporate law, acquisitions and various other areas of law. This broad background helps with a pragmatic approach to ICT issues. Micha studied Dutch law (corporate law) at Leiden University.
