Nina Bontje works in the administrative law section, where she primarily deals with issues in the field of administrative disclosure and privacy. Nina litigates with great regularity on a variety of disputes regarding the application of the Government Information (Public Access) Act. She advises clients on disclosure and information (housekeeping) issues and has experience with cases involving abuse of the Wob. Nina also litigates and advises on all kinds of privacy law issues, such as on notification requests and the mandatory data breach notification.Nina completed both her bacherlors Liberal Arts & Sciences and Law, and the Legal Research Master cum laude.
