Renée is Counsel at AKD and specializes in ICT law with a focus on IT commercial contracting and litigation.

She has extensive experience in advising on legal aspects of IT projects (from offer to possible litigation) and other IT-related matters (partnership agreements, private equity investments and acquisitions & takeovers in the Technology, Media and Telecom sector). She also has experience in handling Data Protection & Privacy matters, as well as Intellectual Property.
