Robert was sworn in as a lawyer in 2018 and works in the IT practice. As a result, he has extensive experience in concluding complex service agreements, for which he assists both suppliers and customers, and he regularly advises and litigates on commercial disputes with a focus on technology and information. Robert also advises on the growing body of IT-related legislation and regulations and assists IT service providers when they receive requests from cloud users or investigative and enforcement authorities to provide stored data. In 2024, Robert completed the VIRA/Grotius Specialization Program in IT, Data & Law. In addition to his work as a lawyer, he publishes on developments at the intersection of technology and law.
