Olaf Schuwer is a specialist in municipal administrative and environmental law. He has worked continuously in the municipal world for just under 30 years, in a multitude of advisory and managerial positions, including that of municipal clerk and council clerk. Since 2009, he has been an independently established trainer/consultant.
