Answers parliamentary questions on the structural use of the controversial U.S. software system Parlantir

The source material consists of the answers to Parliamentary Questions of September 23, 2025, addressed to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, on the structural use of the controversial U.S. software system Palantir in the Netherlands. These questions were submitted by members Van Vroonhoven and Six Dijkstra (both NSC) and are answered by the Minister of Justice and Security and the State Secretary of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. The documents address critical aspects, including which (semi-)government agencies use the software, the legal bases for processing personal data, and transparency and procurement procedures. It is confirmed that the police use the software in the analysis environment "the Refinery" exclusively for the analysis of lawfully obtained police data. It also discusses the terminated pilot projects at the six southern security regions and the fact that the financial details of the police contracts are confidential.
