In my letter of June 16, 2025, I informed you of my intention to transmit the drafts of the general measures of administration under the Cybersecurity Act and the Critical Entity Resilience Act to your House of Representatives without obligation, so that your House of Representatives can include these general measures of administration in its consideration of the bills for the Cybersecurity Act and the Critical Entity Resilience Act.
I hereby send you the drafts of the aforementioned general orders of administration, namely the Cybersecurity Decree and the Critical Entity Resilience Decree.
As soon as possible after the completion of the consideration of the bills by your House of Representatives, the general measures of administration will, after agreement by the Council of Ministers, be submitted to the Advisory Division of the Council of State for advice. It is intended that the general measures of administration will enter into force at the same time as the bills.
