The Audit Department of the State (ADR) conducted a survey on AVG compliance within ministries.
This study focuses on the design and implementation of privacy by design & default. And the monitoring and follow-up of the results from Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). This sub-report contains the research results from the Ministry of Finance (FIN). The recommendations from the ADR study are being used by ministries to further strengthen their privacy protections.
