The Digital Trust Center has developed a toolkit for municipalities that want to encourage safe digital business. The toolkit includes many products for communicating to business owners. Useful for cyber-aware municipalities in cybersecurity month of October, but also useful after that.

Digitaloverheid.nl itself has a cyber incident toolbox that government organizations can turn to for preparation and assistance during a cyber incident. The DTC's toolkit is designed to encourage business owners to take charge of their information security.
DTC's toolkit for municipalities contains guides, videos and examples to increase awareness and resilience in cybersecurity among local businesses. Lots of information focused on awareness. Including campaigns (on demand) on current topics such as working from home, backup and phishing. Material for organizing a real roadshow is also available. The first step for companies is to get a clear and up-to-date picture of the extent to which their company is digitally secure. Concrete tools such as a cybersecurity scan help entrepreneurs and companies gain insight into their digital security with relatively little time. The toolkit also includes several animated videos that municipalities can use and interviews with entrepreneurs who have been victims and talk about them.
Some tools are on demand, such as regular updates to the current threat assessment, and examples from municipalities.
The toolkit can be found on the Digital Trust Center website.
The toolbox can be found on the Digitale Overheid website.
