The VNG will develop training courses for municipal employees to help residents with digital skills. Do you, as an employee at a municipality, have direct contact with residents? Then join one of the focus groups contributing to the development of the trainings.
The coming years will see significant digital developments in the areas of DigiD, new login tools and digital authorizations. As a result, more residents will come to the municipality with questions. We are therefore developing training courses to help you better recognize which residents need support and how to help them on their way by referring them warmly to, for example, the Digitale Overheid Information Point (IDO) or other government agencies.
To create this e-learning and training we need your input. We will gather this input in focus groups with employees of several municipalities. During these focus groups we will map out how residents with questions about logging in and authorization are currently being helped and discuss what is needed to improve this. You can join online and it will only take an hour and a half.
