User Central started the Directly Clear Tour 4 years ago. A series of webinars on accessible government communication and services. After 70 webinars, this is now coming to a (provisional) end. The last webinar will be held on Thursday, May 23.

User Central is a community of and for people around inclusive and usable (online) government services and communications.
In 4 years, User Central has hosted nearly 200 guests digitally at its webinars on accessible government communications and services. For now, User Central is stopping the monthly Directly Clear Tour webinars. This will allow them to focus more on implementation rather than awareness. In other words, from "What then?" and "How then?" to "Do then!
User Central continues to work towards an accessible, usable and understandable government. With inclusive services that everyone can and wants to use. Because it is designed with people rather than government systems in mind.
