The call list has been made more accessible and is now fillable. Why is it useful for organizations to have such a list? The answer is simple. When there is a cyber incident, a call list helps to act quickly and call for help. For example, in the event of a ransomware attack or major IT failure, and when you no longer have access to your digital systems. On the list, note which IT service provider(s) should be involved in an acute cyber emergency. Or which other parties should be notified.

Tips

On the site of the DTC you will find a download link to the call list. And six tips on how to use the tool in a handy way. For example, which parties to put on the list and how to keep it up-to-date. The ultimate tip: don't forget to make a printout for when your IT systems stop working.
