The AI platform gives professionals access to a unique combination: public legal sources such as wetten.nl and rechtspraak.nl as well as twenty years of practical experience, collected by Berghauser Pont in collaboration with hundreds of experts. The answers provided by the model are thus not only legally based, but also provided with context, interpretation, examples and workable solutions from practice.

The platform's robust and highly secure infrastructure ensures the protection of privacy and confidentiality of all data.

The first version of the AI platform has recently become available to a selected group of customers of PONT | Omgeving. The platform helps within the environment domain, for example, to reach a well-founded decision faster when applying for or granting permits. Other disciplines, such as sustainability, social, digitalization and governance will follow later this year so that legal issues can be approached integrally.
