The multi-year plan is a legal obligation under the Open Government Act (Woo). Administrative bodies use it to show how they make digital information permanently accessible. The Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), the Interprovincial Consultation (IPO), and the Union of Water Boards (UvW) also presented their own plans. These are clearly listed on the websiteopen-overheid.nl.
The plans were submitted to the Advisory Committee on Public Access and Information Management (ACOI) at the same time as they were presented to the House of Representatives. The ACOI will respond at a later date.
