Important steps have been taken to strengthen privacy within the organization. The privacy organization now consists of a Data Protection Officer (FG) and two privacy officers. This division makes it possible to both supervise and provide legal privacy advice. There is more structure and overview in the privacy activities, such as an up-to-date overview of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and a streamlined handling of privacy requests. At the same time, there is still work to do to make the entire organization privacy-proof. In Annual Report 2024, the FG translated findings on privacy policy and implementation into a number of recommendations.
