In addition, the threat landscape offers professional ministries and vital providers a framework for thinking that can help them gain a better understanding of threats, resilience, the security interests that are affected in the event of disruption or failure and the resulting risks to national security for specific vital processes. This threat landscape can thus be used by specialist departments and vital providers as a starting point for making risk and resilience analyses for the various vital processes that will be made as part of the vital cycle and for the purposes of the Critical Entity Resilience Act (Wwke).
