Many people use the services of a processor. If you engage parties that process personal data for you, such as a payroll service, a processor agreement must be entered into with those parties under the AVG. The Rijksoverheid has published two models that can be used when drafting a processor agreement.

When you, as a controller, give an assignment to another organization (a processor) that involves processing personal data, you must enter into a processor agreement.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp), this was called a processor agreement. The existing model for this was recently adapted to the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and is now called processor agreement. The existing processor agreements must be reviewed and adapted to the AVG.
