Your customers have the right to receive the personal data you hold about them. This is called the right to data portability, also known as the "right to transfer data.
For example, your customers can ask to transfer their data when they terminate their contract with you. And thus easily transfer their data to another provider of the same type of service. Your customers can also ask you to transfer their data directly to another organization. Does a customer ask you to transfer his or her data? If so, you are obliged to cooperate. In other words, you may not "hold" the data.
