General principle on pass-throughs
Personal data processed or intended to be processed after transfer to a third country or an international organization may be transferred only if, without prejudice to the other provisions of this Regulation, the controller and the processor have complied with the conditions laid down in this Chapter; this shall also apply to onward transfers of personal data from the third country or an international organization to another third country or another international organization. All the provisions of this Chapter shall be applied so that the level of protection guaranteed to natural persons by this Regulation is not undermined.
