Activity reports
Each supervisory authority shall draw up an annual report on its activities, which may include a list of the types of breaches reported and the types of action taken in accordance with Article 58(2). Such reports shall be forwarded to the national parliament, the government and any other authority designated for that purpose under state law. They shall be made available to the public, the Commission and the Committee.
