Confidentiality
The Committee's discussions shall be confidential if the Committee deems it necessary, in accordance with its rules of procedure.
Access to documents submitted to Committee members, experts and representatives of third parties is governed by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
