Appendix 3 Regulations on reduced court fees(Articles 8:41 and 8:109)

Article 1

The rate, mentioned in Article 8:41, second paragraph, subsection a, or mentioned in Article 8:109, first paragraph, subsection a, applies if it concerns an appeal, or an appeal:

  • a.

    A decision on unemployment or sickness benefits taken in respect of a person in relation to his capacity as referred to in Article 3 of the Civil Service Act 2017;

  • b.

    A decision on a benefit on the basis of permanent disability pursuant to a statutory provision whereby the natural person is insured for disability pension from the State in respect of his disability, or a decision, taken pursuant to Article P9 of the General Civil Pension Act;

  • c.

    an administrative fine not exceeding €340;

  • d.

    A decision setting the cost of administrative enforcement at no more than €340.

Article 2

The rate specified in Section 8:41(2)(a) or in Section 8:109(1)(a) shall also apply if the appeal, or appeal, concerns a decision made pursuant to a rule mentioned in this Article or otherwise described in this Article.
