    In the performance of his duties, a supervisor carries with him a credential issued by the administrative body under whose responsibility the supervisor is working.

  • 2

    A supervisor shall show proof of identity immediately upon request.

  • 3

    The proof of identity shall contain a photograph of the supervisor and shall at least state his/her name and capacity. The model of the proof of identity shall be established by regulation of Our Minister of Security and Justice.
