A supervisor is authorized to inspect means of transport in relation to which he has a supervisory role.
He is authorized to inspect the cargo of any means of transport which, in his reasonable opinion, is being used to transport goods in relation to which he has a supervisory role.
He is authorized to demand that the driver of a vehicle show him the legally required documents relating to his supervisory duties.
He is authorized, for the purpose of exercising these powers, to require the driver of a vehicle or the skipper of a vessel to stop their means of transport and move it to a place designated by him.
The manner in which the request for suspension is made shall be determined by regulation of Our Minister of Security and Justice.
