Article 3.8 Fire alarm and fire fighting

    In addition to Article 15 of the Law, at workplaces, depending on the nature of the work performed there, the hazards associated with it and the maximum number of workers and other persons present there, sufficient appropriate fire-fighting equipment shall be provided.

    If necessary, in addition to the first paragraph, fire detectors and alarm systems shall be provided.

  • 3

    Non-automatic firefighting equipment is readily accessible and easy to operate.

  • 4

    Non-automatic firefighting devices shall have signage that complies with the provisions of or pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 8. The signage shall be durable and appropriately located.
