Classifications established prior to the entry into force of this Decree shall be reviewed by the determiner for the possibility of revising or discontinuing the classification no later than 10 years after its adoption, and for existing information that is already classified, where full compliance with the measures listed in the 2013 Public Service Information Security Regulations Special Information Decree (VIRBI 2013) is ensured, organizations shall not be required to comply with the additional measures to this as listed in the Annex to this Decree for a transitional period of six months.
