The provisions of this section apply to the leasing and letting of commercial premises.
Commercial space is defined as:
a built immovable property or part thereof, which, pursuant to a lease agreement, is intended for the operation of a retail business, a restaurant or café business, a takeaway or delivery service, or a craft business, provided that the leased space includes premises accessible to the public for the direct delivery of movable goods or for the provision of services;
a built immovable property or part thereof which, under such an agreement, is intended for the operation of a hotel business;
real estate that, pursuant to such an agreement, is intended for the operation of a camping business.
The business premises referred to in paragraph 2 also include the immovable appurtenances, the land belonging to them, and the dependent dwelling, also taking into account the intended use of those business premises.
