  In his decision to grant the claim, the judge may determine an amount that the landlord must pay to the tenant or to the person to whom the property has been lawfully sublet, to compensate for the latter's moving and furnishing costs.

  Before issuing a decision in which an amount as referred to in paragraph 1 is determined, the judge shall notify the parties of his intention and set a period within which the landlord has the authority to withdraw the claim.

  If the landlord withdraws his claim within this period, the court will only rule on the legal costs.
