A claim for further rent determination shall be admissible only if it is accompanied by an opinion on the further rent prepared by one or more experts jointly appointed by the parties.
If the parties do not agree on the appointment of an expert, the court shall appoint one at the request of the most diligent party. If such a request is made, the day of that request shall, for the purposes of Article 303(1), (2) and (4), be deemed to be the day on which the action for further determination of the rent was instituted.
The costs of the opinion are procedural costs as referred to in Article 237 of the Code of Civil Procedure; Articles 195, 196, 199 and 244 of that Code shall apply mutatis mutandis.
