Article 358

1
The lessee is obliged to return the leased property to the lessor in good condition at the end of the lease.
2
If a description of leased buildings has been drawn up between the lessee and the lessor, the lessee is obliged to deliver the buildings in the same condition in which they were accepted according to the description, except for permissible changes and additions and that which has been destroyed or damaged by age.
