The outgoing and incoming tenants are obliged to assist each other with everything that is required to facilitate the occupation and vacating of the leased property, both in terms of its use for the following year, the harvesting of crops still standing in the fields, and the occupation of the buildings, as well as in other respects.
The negligent tenant in this case is liable for damages to both the other tenant and the landlord.
