The provider of a public electronic communications service is obliged to the subscriber upon request:
charge for electronic communications services provided through wholly or partially unspecified bills;
provide the opportunity to undo, free of charge and in a simple manner, the transfer of calls from third parties to the network termination point in use by him.
By general order in council, in the interest of the protection of personal data and the protection of the privacy of calling users and called subscribers, rules may be set regarding the specification of bills for electronic communication services provided. These rules may cover, inter alia, the granting of rights to subscribers, the handling of complaints, the provision of information and the reimbursement of costs. The Order in Council may assign tasks and grant powers to the Authority Consumer and Market.
By general order in council, rules may be set regarding the options for the method of payment for delivered electronic communication services.
