Article 11.8

  If the Authority Consumer and Market agrees on measures with competent national authorities in other Member States regarding cross-border cooperation in the enforcement of Chapter 11 involving cross-border data flows, the Authority Consumer and Market shall provide the European Commission with a summary of the reasons for action, the envisaged arrangements and the proposed course of action well in advance of the adoption of those measures.

  When defining the measures, the Authority Consumer and Market will take into account as much as possible the comments and recommendations made by the European Commission.
