Whereas We have considered that, in view of Directive (EU) 2016/1148, it is necessary to adopt legal provisions to promote the security of network and information systems;

So it is, that We, having heard the Advisory Division of the Raad van State , and in consultation with the States-General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
