All, who shall see or hear these, salute! do know:

Whereas We have taken into consideration, that it is desirable to create a legal framework for the joint processing of data by certain cooperative associations for an objective of substantial public interest and to include the necessary safeguards for the protection of privacy;

So it is, that We, having heard the Advisory Division of the Raad van State , and in consultation with the States-General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
