Whereas We have taken into consideration, that it is necessary to adopt new rules with respect to the processing of judicial data and the establishment of rules with respect to the processing of judicial data in personal files and the certificate of good conduct;

So it is, that We, having heard the Raad van State , and in consultation with the States-General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
