Any person who, pursuant to this Act, receives information relating to a third party, shall be obliged to keep such information confidential, except to the extent that a regulation issued under or pursuant to this Act permits disclosure, or the performance of the task for the purpose of which the information has been provided requires disclosure.
Article 272(2) of the Penal Code shall not apply
