The persons or bodies referred to in Article 9 shall also be provided with the judicial data on minors that had been entered in the criminal register in accordance with the Judicial Documentation and Certificate of Conduct Act as it read prior to the entry into force of the Act of July 7, 1994 amending the Criminal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedure and other laws in connection with the revision of the criminal law for juveniles (Bulletin of Acts and Decrees 528).
