A financial undertaking shall ensure that the information provided or made available by it or on its behalf in relation to a financial product, financial service or ancillary service, including advertising, does not prejudice any information to be provided or made available pursuant to this Act.
The information provided or made available by a financial firm to clients, including advertisements, regarding a financial product, financial service or ancillary service is accurate, clear and not misleading.
The financial company shall ensure that the commercial purpose of the information provided or made available is recognizable as such.
