If a financial service provider provides a financial service through the intermediary of an intermediary, authorised agent or sub-authorised agent, the information referred to in Section 4:20, first and third paragraphs, shall be provided by this intermediary, authorised agent or sub-authorised agent, unless the financial undertaking in question and the intermediary, authorised agent or sub-authorised agent, respectively, have agreed that the financial undertaking itself complies with Section 4:20, first and third paragraphs.
