A Dutch manager of an investment institution shall provide the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets with the information to be determined by or pursuant to a general order in council regarding the manner in which the manager manages investment institutions, the investment institutions it manages, the investments of the investment institutions and the markets on which the investment institutions operate.
